Terms of Service

Limitations of Services

• — Our treatments are not medical procedures and should not be considered a substitute for medical care.
• — Results vary by individual, and Dr. Lift Spa does not guarantee specific outcomes.
• — Clients with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a physician before undergoing any treatment.

Late Arrivals

• — If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
• — Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment to avoid delaying the next appointment.

Appointment Changes by Dr. Lift Spa

• — We guarantee appointments for clients who have paid a deposit; however, in rare instances we may need to reschedule due to unexpected closures, equipment failure, or circumstances that prevent us from performing the service safely.
• — In such cases, your appointment will be rescheduled and your slot will not be given to another client.

Behavior & Policy Compliance

• — Any rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior towards staff may result in appointment cancellation and restriction from future bookings.
• — Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may lead to permanent suspension of future bookings.
• — No refunds will be provided for services or packages if a client is restricted due to a policy breach.
• — Dr. Lift Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual at our discretion.

Deposit Requirement

• — A $15 deposit is required to secure an appointment.
• — Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours' notice is given.
• — Appointments scheduled more than 12 days in advance require a deposit to lock in promotional pricing.
• — Consultations (including Hair Restoration Consultations) do NOT require a deposit.
• — Subscribers (clients who purchased a package of treatments) do NOT need to pay a deposit.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• — Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduling is done at least 24 hours in advance.
• — If a client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.
• — Clients who cancel late or fail to show up will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments.
• — If a client does not double-confirm their appointment, it will be removed from the schedule.

Late Cancellation or No-Show

• — If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
• — You will also be charged 50% of the value of the booked appointment, minus the deposit already paid.
• — Clients who cancel late or do not show will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments.
• — When you book, we securely store your payment method on file to process any applicable charges. All payment data is encrypted and stored in compliance with industry security standards.

Collection Authorization & Communication Consent

• — By providing your contact information, you authorize Dr. Lift Spa and any designated third-party collection agency to contact you regarding outstanding balances through phone, SMS, email, or automated systems where permitted by law.
• — Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.
• — Unpaid balances may be referred to collections, reported to credit bureaus where permitted, and may incur collection costs, attorney's fees, and court costs.

Policy Details

• — All sales of skincare products, devices, treatments, and services are final.
• — No refunds will be issued for treatments or packages that are not redeemed.
• — Attempting to dispute or charge back a purchase constitutes a breach of these Terms and fraudulent misrepresentation.
• — Clients who breach this agreement will not be eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (Goodwill)

• — As a goodwill gesture, we may offer a 14-day exchange for defective or damaged products, subject to review.
• — Proof of purchase is required. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• — To request an exchange, contact cs@drliftspa.com with your invoice number, reason for the exchange, and photos of the item.

Enforcement

• — Any attempt to damage Dr. Lift's reputation will result in legal action, including claims for damages, financial losses, and attorney's fees.
• — Clients who harass, threaten, or disrupt business operations will be immediately removed, banned from future services, and may face legal action.
• — Any violation of this section will result in immediate forfeiture of all remaining services with no compensation.

Assumption of Risk

• — By receiving a treatment, clients assume all risks associated with the service, including temporary redness, irritation, or sensitivity.
• — Results may vary and multiple sessions may be needed for best outcomes.
